Standard Chartered partners with Qatar Airways to offer Kenyan affluent customers premium travel discounts

Standard Chartered Head of Wealth and Retail Banking, Kenya, Edith Chumba, and Qatar Airways Regional Manager for East Africa, Fadi Zuraikat, during the partnership agreement between Standard Chartered and Qatar Airways.

Standard Chartered has partnered with Qatar Airways to launch an exclusive travel campaign offering affluent clients premium travel discounts. Themed “Your Wealth Deserves a World-Class Journey,” the campaign provides Standard Chartered clients with collective offers of up to 32% discounts on Qatar Airways (Flights 12% discount, Qatar Holidays 10% discount, and Qatar Airways Student Club from 10% discount) to more than 170 destinations, 4,000 Privilege Club points, and additional travel privileges. This is complemented by enhanced Standard Chartered Visa card benefits such as triple reward points for online bookings, complimentary access to over 1200 global airport lounges, and up to USD 2.5 million travel insurance.


The partnership builds on Standard Chartered’s global affluent strategy under the campaign “Now’s Your Time for Wealth,” to expand its affluent business and cement its position as a leading international wealth manager.
